Meet the Owners
Mark & Anita Cobb acquired this processing facility in October 2016, and stamped the Safari Meats brand on it and set to work with heavy renovations. Now, the packaging facility looks and works like new! The Cobb’s are all about family, with 6 kids and 1 grandson, their hands are always full. You’ll be glad to know that their products are put to the taste-test, and if the kids love them, you know they’re good!
Safari Meats, LLC is a veteran-owned family business, with Mark having served 7 years active duty in the service. Now, he gets to focus on doing what he loves in his spare time – supporting local farmers and working to help deer farmers countrywide through the North American Deer Farmer’s Association.
Together, Mark & Anita make custom and commercial processing possible through Safari Meats, and they have fun doing it! Keep an eye out for some of the kiddos, who like to stop in and help out from time to time.
